Dedicated to the service of our policyholders and their families, AFI is headquartered in Leavenworth, Kansas, approximately 25 minutes north of the Kansas City metropolitan area. Company History
Since it was founded in 1887 by a small group of Army officers stationed at Ft. Leavenworth, KS, Armed Forces Insurance (AFI) has existed with a single, unwavering purpose: to protect the people who protect our nation. Gradually expanding coverages, product lines, and eligibility over the past 128 years, AFI now provides quality personal lines insurance products to members of the military and Department of Defense community nationwide.
