CA Moore Executive Search was founded in 1977 by Connie Moore, Certified Personnel Consultant. CA Moore Executive Search is a full service executive and middle management recruiting firm.
We are a generalist firm focusing on the values and culture match of the candidate and the corporation. While the basic skills and experience requirements are a given, the people match is essential. With a regional focus and a national network, we are experienced in serving a broad base of industries and disciplines. I opened the doors of my search business in June, 1977, after spending ten years with other search/employment firms.
I conduct searches for my clients and find great joy in identifying and recruiting best fit candidates and making a match that works for everyone. This is not work to me, it is truly my passion!
