Capstone Search Group is a staffing and recruiting firm that exclusively serves the insurance industry. We work with all insurance organizations whether it be carriers, agencies, brokers, wholesale brokers, MGAs, MGUs, TPAs, Program Administrators, BPO providers, Software providers or any other type of organization that touches the insurance industry. CSG works in all 50 states including Alaska & Hawaii. We also have capabilities to perform select international insurance searches.

Company History
CSG was founded in November 2002 by Scot Dickerson and Dennis Leininger. Both brought to CSG prior experience within the insurance and staffing industry. They used this expertise to build CSG from the ground up. Scot has been involved in the insurance industry for over 25 years with over 18 in the insurance recruiting profession. Dennis brings a successful track record of over 30 years in staffing production and operational management to CSG. Currently Scot continues to operate a successful practice while Dennis is involved in CSG’s business operations.
