Terri has 30 years experience in actuarial placement. She founded LCM Associates of Atlanta in 1986 and built a premier actuarial search firm, second to none, in client and candidate satisfaction.
LCM Associates recruits primarily within the Life, Annuity and Health arenas, covers all disciplines (e.g. product, /corporate/financial/valuation, investments, risk management, modeling, etc.), and recruits at all levels (e.g. Senior Management/Chief Actuary level to Actuarial Students). Clients include Direct Writing Insurers, Reinsurance Companies, Consulting Firms and Non-Traditional employers.
Prior to establishing LCM Associates, Terri learned the fundamentals of the executive search and insurance businesses at Parker Page and Associates, a firm founded by her father. She joined the recruiting field after spending three plus years in Sales/Account Management roles with Procter & Gamble and earning a BBA in Marketing from Georgia State University.
Her frequent attendance at industry events enhances her understanding of the ever evolving business environment in which actuaries operate and allows her to stay well connected within the insurance and broader financial services arena.
It has been Terri’s privilege to be a featured guest speaker, panelist, and writer for the Society of Actuaries and regional Actuarial Clubs.
