• Segmented our book of business and developed targeted sales, retention and pricing tiers
• Formed a new underwriting team that enabled us to price according to risk
• Created a new direct sales team and a centralized, phone-based “quick quote” capability
• Improved web functionality and navigation so policyholders can do more online
• Restructured and centralized the Claims Division, and redesigned our field operations
• Improved service levels in the contact centers, now supporting email as well as phone calls
